Course description

The Ideation Phase is comprised of six Lessons organized into three tracks:

  1. Market Development
  2. Business Development and
  3. Organizational Development

Participants will learn about the lean startup methodology, business model canvas, market and competitor analysis, problem/solution fit validation strategies, as well as management team and organizational development milestones.
